Karaşehirli evaluates Vocational Education practices on two main grounds;

1 Particularly planned trainings in line with the demands of the departments of the institutions in relation to their needs and objectives.

2 Trainings specifically tailored to the needs of the individuals who make career planning and their goals.

In parallel with the development in information technology, the production and service sector faces new professions that are yet to be defined, and the need for trained human resources is increasing day by day. It is important for the institution that the individual is a qualified person, but the individual’s feeling of belonging to the institution is much more important.

Karaşehirli moves with a new generation education practices, not with a traditional approach. It provides the “awareness” of values the individual and the institution have to possess. Vocational training is given on this basis.

In our country, the name of the institution that determines the definitions, standards and qualifications of the professions is the MYK (Vocational Proficiency Authority).
